Boss Mode Radio this week moved into their first studio located in Heathcote Cultural Precinct, taking the successful online station into a new era.

The business community of Perth has had a hard time over the last four years, with unemployment sky rocketing to 6.9% in 2016. It has challenged many Perth locals to think outside the box for employment with many opting to starting their own businesses or change careers. Boss Mode Radio started at a time when the WA community needed it most and now has a loyal listenership, with an average of 1000 tuning in each week.

Founder and General Manager Demelza Leonard created Boss Mode Radio while being a new mum noticing a gap in the market. Demelza’s previous experience within marketing, running her own business, and working in broadcasting along with parenthood further implored her to fill the gap and provide support to the WA business community.

“Owning a new business, trying to grow one or climbing the corporate ladder can be tricky, we have effectively put together presenters and guests with inside industry knowledge, who don’t just talk the talk, but actually walk the walk to help local West Australian’s.”

The station which offers a range of shows covering all angles of business runs 24/7 and is available anywhere there is an internet connection. The station prides its self on offering resources to empower businesses and has a member’s only, Business Club. The Business Club’s exclusive content aims to further support businesses with additional resources, tools, insight knowledge and help.
