Women’s Network Australia held its Executive Round Table Luncheon at Blackbird Bar & Grill on Wednesday 12 September. The event featured senior business leader Elena Gosse, a trail-blazing entrepreneur and CEO of Australian Innovative Systems (AIS). In a sell out event she addressed guests on How to Lead Like a Woman. From a business perspective, Elena regards herself as a disruptor in her industry. She credits her previous career in the performing arts with equipping her with the skills to utilise her femininity and creativity in an industry that has long been dominated by men.
