Rebecca Lodden, Event Manager for International Productions (IP), has been crowned the winner of the prestigious Future Leader of the Year award at the annual Meetings and Events Australia (MEA) NSW Industry Awards at Sydney’s Luna Park on Wednesday 27 February.

Rebecca has been recognised for her outstanding results in driving growth, customer satisfaction, ability to overcome obstacles and exceeding expectations for all her events. Adryan Daynes, IP Founder and Managing Director, said Rebecca is truly deserving of this award. “This award is the result of Rebecca’s dedication, passion, creativity, and hard work. We are proud of her achievements and she is a deserving winner,” he said. “Rebecca continually impresses clients and is a key member of the International Productions team. Her determination and drive for client success shows through in her work.”

With more than five years experience in multiple facets of the event industry, Lodden was the lead Event Manager, delivering a total of 23 events including five conferences, one roadshow, three awards nights, two exhibitions and 12 cocktail events. Following the win, Lodden said, “I am honoured to be recognised by MEA as a Future Leader. I am fortunate to work alongside some incredibly talented people at International Productions, who have supported my professional growth throughout my career. The Meetings and Events industry is exceptionally competitive, with a high calibre of professionals named as finalists this year. I am thrilled to be recognised by my peers and delighted to be part of Australia’s thriving business events industry”.

As the NSW winner, Rebecca Lodden will go on to contend for the Future Leaders of the Year at the MEA National Awards in April.
