Women in Leadership

The Leadership Institute’s (TLI) inaugural Women in Leadership Summit (WILS) event saw more than 350 delegates attend four days of keynote sessions, panel discussions, networking opportunities, workshops and training courses. This year TLI will bring together some of Australia’s most successful women in the corporate, not-for-profit, government, media, and sports sectors. This year’s theme is Empowerment and aims to answer how women can empower themselves, how can leaders and managers empower those around them, and how can an organisation be an agent of change.
