Women Lead Workshop – Brisbane

The National College of Administration (NCOA) will be hosting a one day workshop that covers all aspects of what is expected of an effective and efficient Supervisor/Leader in today’s workplace. Targetted at women, this workshop will address the barriers to women’s leadership, nurturing women’s leadership and women as mentors. NCOA identifies that while women make up almost half the Australian workforce, they are promoted to leadership positions at a much lower rate than their male colleagues and have designed the workshop to teach assertiveness, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
