The founder of all-natural beauty and skincare line GoBlondie, Brisbane mum Linda-Rosa Hewing’s journey has been long and difficult, but ultimately triumphant. Moving to Germany after escaping from an unhealthy relationship, Linda-Rosa found the motivation and energy to change her life for the better.

“I am grateful for the time I had in Germany. I was really able to get clear, get healthy and most importantly, focus, which is something I had lost. Sometimes we need a big change to get us going again and enable us to launch in another direction.”  The passing of her father and an unhealthy relationship had taken their toll on Linda-Rosa. Emotionally and physically drained, she packed up two suitcases and headed to the airport with her son to travel to Germany, her father’s home country. Germany offered clarity and opportunity for her, with people no longer dictating her choices. It began with riding a bike every day, reducing her alcohol intake and making healthier choices. Not long after Linda-Rosa’s ailments began to disappear and she could focus on what she really wanted to do. It was in this healthy mind frame that the seed of thought for GoBlondie was planted.

“I began to become more aware of what I was putting in and on my body. I felt there was a gap in the market for innovative, edgy, high quality products that looked good and were good for you. I got so excited and obsessed about the idea. There were obviously lots of challenges, but I never lost the passion.” From there, the GoBlondie Bouncy Foundation was born. Made from all natural products, what sets the product apart is its ingredient hyaluronic acid. Found naturally in the skin, the acid improves the firmness and texture as well as reduces visible ageing. After a long journey of hard work and risks, Linda-Rosa’s dreams had finally come to fruition.

“I believe that our minds and attitude are very important for our success. Things happen to push us in another direction. A big saying of mine is ‘not good, not bad, don’t know the whole story. Everything happens for a reason.’ Maybe we don’t understand the reason at the time, but later it becomes clear to us why something has happened and how it actually did turn out to be positive in the end.”
