Celebrating women’s achievements in business across the Gold Coast was elevated this year with small business and adaption and ingenuity taking centre stage. Now in its eight year, the prestigious Gold Coast Women in Business Awards attracted a high level of nominations from more than 22 industry sectors, for the 2020 program. Given that during this extraordinary year women led businesses have been the most affected sector in Australia, it was uplifting to see so many rise to meet the challenge and develop inroads into developing new opportunities.
