Keep it Cleaner (KIC) Founder Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw will appear at this year’s Brisbane Fitness Show on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 July.

The Fitness Show is returning for its seventh year bringing together some of the biggest fitness, health and wellness celebrities and brands in Australia, to promote the latest in fitness education, technology, health foods, sports nutrition, group fitness and fitness apparel. Among these fitness professionals are two inspirational high profile females Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw. KIC is an online lifestyle program that helps you live a fit, healthy and balanced life without the fuss. KIC consists of HIIT, boxing, running, strength training, healthy meal plans, regular meditation sessions and life hacks to show you how to live clean without sacrificing the things you love.

Smith and Henshaw developed the platform because they wanted to help girls and women feel better about themselves. They knew there was a way to use their already established influence and status so they got creative. Starting with an e-book, KIC has grown from strength to strength. It all started with a simple mission, to help girls realise that living a healthy lifestyle can be simple and most of all fun. That simple idea evolved and expanded to include recipes, workouts, meditations, life advice and more. Smith and Henshaw are both passionate about helping people feel amazing in every aspect of their life.

Smith is an Aussie model who is adored by her 1.4 million followers on Instagram. In candidly sharing her love of food, health and fitness for the last five years, Smith has become an icon of the Australian health and wellness industry and is a massive fan of all things HIIT and boxing. Henshaw, also making her impact is a law student and model. Her huge passion for health and fitness has seen her social media following grow to 227,000 people. When she is not going for a run (her personal favourite), she is gently helping fans make balanced lifestyle choices. Smith and Henshaw have just released their book A Girls Guide to Kicking Goals which is all about helping girls grow confidence and smashing their goals.

Head down to the Brisbane Convention Centre on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 July to see the KIC girls in action and even take part in one of their workouts.
