Known for her incredible passion and environmental education abilities, Larissa Rose is Founder and Director of Gold Coast-based environmental consulting agency GG Enviro.
GG Enviro was created to deliver impactful and purposeful environmental change, working with organisations to achieve their sustainability goals, conduct environmental auditing and deliver community education. Larissa has a master’s degree in Climate Change and Environmental Management and is a Lecturer of Environmental Management at Bond University.
Larissa has been recognised and awarded for her corporate expertise and leadership excellence. As demonstrated through her recipiency of multiple awards, Larissa’s dedication to her craft and commitment to the industry sector is admirable. Larissa is the recipient of two Gold Coast Women in Business Awards (2019 and 2020), winner of Kochie’s Business Builders Award (2021) and a finalist at the Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards (2020). The expertise and value Larissa offers is her drive to succeed, her practical and theoretical knowledge and experience within this emerging industry.
Building the leaders of the future is a core value at GG Enviro. Larissa has a strong and innate commitment to developing young female talent within the environmental sphere. This is demonstrated through the GG Enviro Internship and Mentoring program. Larissa has mentored 35 students over the last 4.5 years, 80% of which were women and have since gone on to achieve their own successes. GG Enviro has played a pivotal role in building future leaders as illustrated through Larissa’s methodology and duty of care which she believes is necessary for true leadership.
