Former Perth banker Lucy Banks is redefining the concept of the “mumpreneur”. The 31-year old mum of two walked away from her corporate banking career two years ago, choosing instead to create exclusive content for OnlyFans, an adults-old subscription service.
Today, Lucy finds herself in the top 0.82 per cent of OnlyFans earners across the world, earning close to triple what she earned as a banker. Lucy – who has more than 3700 subscribers – now makes up to $1500 a day creating content for her fan base. “I love the inclusive environment of OnlyFans. It’s literally a platform for everyone. It doesn’t matter what size you are, what you look like or how old you are – the beauty of the platform is that you are someone’s dream person. Everyone has a type. If you’re willing to work hard and market yourself correctly, then anyone can do this,” Lucy said.
According to Lucy, moving from banking to OnlyFans is the best decision she has made. “I don’t have to worry about how I am going to afford food or the next paediatric appointment. Both my children are at private school and I’m able to afford the best medical care for them.”
OnlyFans provides Lucy with financial freedom and family flexibility. “As a single mum with children who have medical issues, I’ve known what it’s like to struggle, financially and emotionally. I’ve had to accept handouts for Christmas before. I’ve had to miss important events. “My hard work with OnlyFans means I don’t need to worry anymore. I’m proud of the work I do and the income I receive as a result. I’m proud to be in the top 0.82 per cent of OnlyFans earners in the world. It hasn’t been easy but the hard work has paid off – for me and for my children,” she said.
