An exciting new organisation is blazing into action, SHINE Business Women. SHINE aims to Support, Help, Inspire, Nurture and Empower women not only in Australia but around the globe.

The organisation will create opportunities for self development, education, conversation and connection to enable professionals, small business owners and employees to attain new heights in their career and perform at their best. Opportunities will be delivered through annual conferences, a membership site offering education, learning tools and shared stories, group retreat experiences and collaboration.

Founder and CEO, Zoë Sparks, says that there has been a gap and a need in this area for some time. “There are a growing number of professional women in business who have excelled in their careers for some time and are still looking to learn and focus on their growth and self development, or find aspiration if they want to change path. They want to be inspired, motivated and challenged, they are hungry for stimulation and don’t want to stop progressing.”

Zoe says this is not a networking group with regular face-to-face events or a ‘Sign Up for a Free Course’ organisation. “There are a number of amazing groups and associations who do this well and we wish to collaborate and work with them, not compete,”  she said. “Our conferences will deliver headline speakers whom are not always accessible unless if you are part of a franchise group or large corporation!” SHINE Business Women is also determined to support other women who are not as fortunate. “It’s so important to give back and we are excited to announce that Share the Dignity is our appointed charity for 2018/2019.”
