Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has been a great influence on Danielle Weber’s art. Their friendship started more three years ago after Danielle painted a canvas of him and his mother.

Danielle has always wanted to paint him again, waiting for the right time in her career, wanting to ensure her skills of painting portraits and murals had improved significantly. Her most recent piece demonstrated just that, painted at Training Day Gym in Burwood. Danielle stated that it’s the best piece she has ever done, and that it speaks volumes about the admiration and respect she has for “DJ” as a person and his hard work, humbleness, passion, dedication and determination to inspire.

Dwayne Johnson was clearly impressed himself as he reposted Danielle’s image on Instagram and Facebook saying, “AMAZING work from my friend and incredible artist Danielle’s Artwork! Always so humbling to see stuff like this. Especially when an artist can express her or his love, passion & gratitude in such a powerful way. GREAT JOB D and thank you so much for sharing your immense talent with me and the world.”

Danielle is a Melbourne-based artist whose strong social media presence has allowed her to create pieces for a number of famous actors, sports stars and business leaders. The artist credits much of her success to her family and says she was encouraged from a young age to participate in hands-on activities. Danielle holds a double degree in Health Sciences and Arts, and she says she is always looking to take on new challenges and explore new areas of art.
