With an array of accreditations and interests such as being a personal trainer, nutritionist, writer, fitness model, professional IFBB bikini athlete and a recipe creator, Sophie relishes the craziness of her daily routine.
Sophie has also been the original force behind changing the lives of countless men and women through her global movement to improve nutrition and exercise habits with the app The Bod. Even though her week is demanding and eventful she still finds time to spend with her husband, Nathan and four children, whether that be at the beach, nestled up reading a book or even cooking in the kitchen.
