Women in Design and Construction (WIDAC) hosted its Procurement & Contractual Risk Workshop with at event partner’s AJ&Co Layers‘ Brisbane office on Tuesday 2 April. The workshop was presented by two of AJ&Co’s practice partners where they shared helpful tips on how to use contract management processes and systems to manage and mitigate any risks that can be connected to the procurement process.
