Xiaoyin Shang, the Head of Strategy and Innovation at National Auditory Labs for Macquarie University, will be presenting at the Leading Innovation Summit 2023 on the 28 to 31 March in Sydney.
Few organisations have innovation in the makeup and most, like the large Government organisations and universities where Xiaoyin works, have years of embedded structure and process of approvals and red tape. Hired to shake up the thinking of her organisation, to embed innovation and out of the box thinking and ensure innovation is key to their research protocols.
