Cherilyn Hewish, alongside her Assistant Designer Isabelle Campbell, launched new label Zephyr, creating lines of silk nighties and wraps.
Cherilyn started Noosa Nets & Bed Linen more than 25 years ago, transitioning to designing nighties a little more than a decade ago. This passion for design evolved into what Zephyr is today, and with the help of Campbell over the past five years, has become a timeless label on the Sunshine Coast. Owner and Designer Cherilyn Hewish says “I think our generation is very different to our mothers, or our grandmothers. We don’t want to look like old ladies. We’ve got attitude, we’re employed. We’re right here.”
Based in Noosa, Zephyr embodies femininity and elegance, with the aim to create classic garments, made with a level of durability that ensures each piece can be loved and worn for years to come and overall flatter women of all ages. The label boasts a range of muslin and linen pants, dresses, tunic shirts, wraps and ponchos. Zephyr specialises in quality garments which are comfortable and breathable. Zephyr was born to create sophisticated clothing that catered towards a mature demographic.
