Awesome Women in Construction (AWIC) hosted its International Women’s Day lunch at the Glen Hotel on Friday 8 March. Guest speaker Clare Sultmann inspired and motivated audiences with her story, while Mikaela Norris was the recipient of the Youngcare grant, saying she loves painting because it shows her ability, not her disability. Proceeds from raffles and auctions on the day supported Youngcare.
