Faith-Anne is a singer-songwriter from Brisbane who is launching herself into the music scene with her new EP and music video Rose Gold.  The 22-year-old;s sound can be described as bright and dreamy pop/folk, a perfect fit for the South Brisbane venue, The Milk Factory, where she will be launching her EP in October this year.

Faith is no newcomer to the music scene.  Her journey with music began at just 15 years old when a music-loving neighbour noticed her carrying around a guitar everywhere with her.  The neighbour gave Faith guitar lessons and shared with her his experiences in the music industry. In 2017, Faith sang the song they wrote together, at her neighbours funeral, and she realised just how short life was.  This sparked a fire within Faith, and she vowed to never give up and to strive for her music goals.

Since then, Faith’s talent has grown, and she has stepped into the music scene with her performances at places such as local night markets, bars, and restaurants around Brisbane, Uberfest and even at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. Faith’s sound has been described as a modern incarnation of Angus and Julia Stone meets Missy Higgins, a combination that speaks loudly of her talent and gives you a feel of just how dreamy her sound is.  She can often be found supporting artists and sharing her music in venues all over Brisbane, from shopping centres to small bars.

The launch of Faith’s first single and EP, Rose Gold will take place on October 3rd 2019, with special guest Miguel Montenegro.
