Charlotte Creasy is the founder of Lady Lash, the brand known for offering Sydney’s best eyelash extensions and brow treatments. Creasy has been in the beauty industry for over a decade and since launching Lady Lash in 2009, she has gone on to open four further locations, including two new bespoke salons in Parramatta and Gosford as well as the most recent location being the York Street premises in Sydney CBD.

Creasy built Lady Lash from the ground up. Understandably, she is proud that her company was one of Sydney’s pioneering lash and brow boutiques. The business began in Newtown with a small team of select lash artists.

During these years Creasy has stayed at the forefront of lash extension education and encourages of her staff to do the same. In 2013, Creasy turned her hand to cosmetic tattoo training under Sydney’s renown master cosmetic tattooist Val Glover-Hovan and became further qualified under the Phibrows brand. Among the constant business of running Lady Lash, Creasy still returns to competitive lashing on occasion. In 2017, she won third place in the classics division of the Australian and New Zealand Lash Championships.

In a digital age, Creasy and her business have thrived against the odds in a brick-and-mortar environment. Creasy’s business ethos has seen all four stores be consistently successful through dedication to her team and her business collectively. This ethos has seen Lady Lash win an abundance of highly recognised awards and prizes. The team at Lady Lash encourage women to feel on top of their beauty game despite the modern selfie culture. Creasy and her team have a wealth of experience that allows clients to relax, knowing they are in trusted hands.

This incredible business woman’s dedication and drive are captivating and inspiring to like minded business women everywhere.
