As the director of Property Management for Rental Results, Lauren Robinson has more than 17 years experience in her field. Robinson was recognised at this year’s Women in Business Awards for her leadership and business acumen.
Committed to learning and extending her knowledge, Robinson has completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing, has received a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and is a licensed real estate agent. Additionally, Rental Results was named Property Management Agency of the Year for 2019 by Your Investment Property Magazine and the PPM Group.
With a reputation for consistently achieving excellent results within the dynamic areas of residential rental properties and portfolio management, Robinson is known for her professional approach and strong focus on customer service. This approach has set her apart from her competition and Robinson is especially focused on building strong relationships with owners and tenants alike, building trust through clear and detailed communication, prompt follow-ups and a highly organised approach to client management.
Beyond property management, Robinson is also the author of Rented!, a book that aims to reduce the difficult labour and stress of the property management process. Rented! shows new and seasoned investors how to develop an investor mindset, secure the most suitable tenants, create property appeal, manage their legal responsibilities and rent out their properties in the quickest possible time frame.
On her role in the workplace, Robinson says that she enjoys the many challenges that she faces on a daily basis in her position and thrives on being able to help clients with all aspects of real estate. When it comes to setting the bar in customer service in the property management industry, Robinson hopes to take the lead in this area.
