The affluent Angela Burlizzi is the owner and director of luxury Italian linen and fabrics brand Analu, creating bespoke interiors for homes, yachts and hotels. Burlizzi will be involved in this year’s Australian Superyacht Rendezvous event from 17 to 18 May at Gold Coast City Marina and Shipyard, as Analu has the pleasure of sponsoring the event and showcasing its opulent range. Burlizzi will be styling superyacht Masteka 2 head to toe in Analu’s luxury Italian collections of linen and decor products while also restyling the lounges located outside of the new Gold Coast City Marina’s office.

While every job is different, when Burlizzi is on board she assists her clients in styling and creating interiors that makes their magnificent vessels even more exquisite. Whether it be a new build, refit or restyle Burlizzi and her team guide their clients through selecting the most fitting and stylish interior items to ensure the space is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Burlizzi loves the variety her job offers by meeting new people every day and having no client or project alike. “I adore creating new collections, sourcing beautiful products – from the softest Mongolian cashmere to the finest hand printed silks, embossed leathers, accessories – and working with Masters in each field,” said Burlizzi. “However, the most rewarding part is finding the perfect match between those exquisite products and the client, creating interiors that are truly unique.” She believes that both her passion and in-depth knowledge of the textile world and luxury makes her job unique. “The ability to create outstanding products by working directly with the artisans and the makers, and to tailor bespoke interiors solutions for each of our clients,” said Burzilli.

Depending on whether she is travelling or at home Burlizzi’s day varies greatly, nevertheless it is always an early start. When in Sydney, her morning consists of checking her emails, going to the gym and getting her children ready for school. From there she heads straight to the showroom, reviews daily activities with her team, and either meets with clients to work on projects involving fabric and decor selections or focuses on the development of new collections and marketing opportunities. For Burlizzi, travelling is a breath of fresh air and a source of positive energy. She always feels very inspired and is able to look at things from a different perspective which allows her to review her business.

Burlizzi believes the Australian Superyacht Rendezvous is a must-visit event for yachting enthusiasts as it is the only event in Australia that gathers such luxurious superyachts and gives private clients the opportunity to either charter or purchase one of the super yachts. “It gives them a unique opportunity to view those vessels, speak to crew and the professionals and ask any questions. They can gather relevant information and therefore make more informed decision in their selection,” said Burzilli.
