Jodie Hedley-Ward of McGrath Estate Agents has secured a position in the Real Estate Business (REB) Dealmakers 2020 ranking, a national list compiling Australia’s top-performing agents.
Mrs Hedley-Ward is the only agent named from the Sunshine Coast in this year’s awards. Now in its fourth year, the REB Dealmakers ranking is an initiative of leading industry resource Real Estate Business (REB), which is produced by award-winning media business Momentum Media. It provides a benchmark for agents, giving nationwide recognition of those excelling in their area of operation.

Mrs Hedley-Ward puts her award down to her knowledge of the industry and the dedication of her team in always ensuring a six-star service is provided to her clients at McGrath Caloundra. A range of metrics is used to determine the ranking, including volumes, year-on-year growth, and consistency of performance. The data collected for the REB Dealmakers 2020 was verified by a senior member of the agency or network or the office’s accountant.
